Warehouse Sanitation Associate (Atlanta, GA; Atlanta, GA; ...)

Full-time Position 

Schedule: Monday - Friday (11am to 7pm)

Payrate: $17-$18 Hourly (BOE)

Job Description:
Sanitation associates are responsible for waste/dump disposal area, office restrooms, break room, sales area, and the shipping office as well as general warehouse cleaning and painting as required

Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Removing returned product from returning route trailers and separating pallets
• Following all safety procedures and processes such as inspecting trailers for damage and reporting such, making sure wheels are chocked or trailer is locked 
•  Safe and proficient at operating the single and double electric rider pallet jacks
•  Make sure to separate all plastic, cardboard, trash, and wood before dumping.
•  After the docks are done lumping, makes sure to do a final sweep and final rounds to dump out any trash left behind in trash cans

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability and/or experience required to operate a platform rider electric pallet jack.
• Previous experience preferred 
• High school education or GED preferred
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
• Ability to understand and follow English instructions
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check

Physical Demands of Job:  Must be able to work in refrigerated areas
