Full-time Position

Job Description: The Quality Control Specialist performs testing, reviews test data, and writes investigations in compliance with SOPs

Salary: $50k - $55k Yearly

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follows all safety regulations.

  • Trains production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence.

  • Manage quality improvement activities. 

  • Create common business specific quality measurements and track improvement against these metrics.

  • Plan and coordinate the work activities for inspecting products in a lab environment.

  • Conducts product audits 

  • Works with plastics manufacturer internal QC personnel to accurately test melt flow rates, tensile strength and Shore D (durometer) measurements of production material for pallets and grommets.

  • Responsible for ensuring all UL and FM compliance requirements are continually adhered to.

  • Evaluates suppliers or quality timeliness and match according to goals. 


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must have previous experience 
  • Must have a bachelor's degree in a related field  
  • Compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
  • Ability to understand and follow English instructions
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
