Outside Sales Representative (Dallas, Texas)
Full-Time Position
Job Description:
An outside sales representative conducts sales in the sourcing and light industrial settings supplying warehouse positions such as unloading/loading, order selection, both high productivity, order picking, and other operations positions
$60k Base + $80K Potential Commission
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience hunting new business with customers in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution centers and other industrial settings.

Strategic approach to identify key decision makers and meticulous follow-up/follow through in elongated prospecting cycles.
- Team player mentality to partner with subject matter experts to deliver an unmatched customer experience throughout the sales cycle and onboarding of new customers.
Requirements:

Experience in Warehouse Operations; preferred in Supply Chain, Industrial Distribution.

2-5 years of outside sales with an emphasis on new customer acquisition.

Professional image with excellent oral and written communication.

A high degree of active listening and critical thinking to identify challenges, and generate solutions.
