Job Description -
 

• M-F 8-10hr shifts between 6am-6pm
• Gain valuable enterprise IT and Networking experience working with an awesome team

• We can train if you have a solid core understanding of OS, Basic Networking and Printers
• You are enabling the global customer by keeping them online and connected. And that's pretty important
• You will stay active. You’ll be on the move for your whole shift in our fast-paced environments.

• Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
• Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
• Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
• Update customer data and produce activity reports
• Walk customers through problem solving process
• Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
• Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
• Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
• Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
• Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services

• Proven working experience in providing help desk support
• Proficiency in English
• Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Customer service orientation
• FAST (FIRST ASSISTANCE SERVICE TEAM) TECHNOLOGY TEAM MEMBER
• Must have full understanding and experience maintaining, managing, and monitoring end-user computing infrastructure, running Windows 10 in an Office 365 Azure environment
