Sales Account Manager – Outside Sales

Job Description - 

An (outside) Sales Account Manager conducts B2B sales for staffing services, sourcing and light industrial settings, supplying warehousing, manufacturing & production positions such as; unloading/loading, order selection, sanitation services, both high & low productivity, order picking/packing, and other operations positions. 

Compensation & Benefits –


  • $60,000.00 Base (Guaranteed) + $80K Potential Commission. 
  • Company Car Provided - Save on gas and several hours of commuting time
  • Mostly a Remote Position
    • 60% Remote - Setting Sales Appointments, Meetings & Visiting With Companies all over the DFW Metroplex. (Tuesday – Thursday).
    • 40% In-Office – In-Office at the Corporate Headquarters on Mondays & Fridays

Schedule - 
  • Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm) Mondays & Fridays in the Office, with Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays Soliciting Sales out in the Field

​​​Qualifications & Requirements -
  • 3-5 years of experience hunting & sourcing new business with customers in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution centers and other industrial settings. 
  • Strategic approach to identify key decision makers and meticulous follow-up/follow through in elongated prospecting cycles. 
  • Team player mentality to partner with subject matter experts to deliver an unmatched customer experience throughout the sales cycle and onboarding of new customers.
  • Submit daily report of sales activities via email

Requirements -
  • Experience in Warehouse Operations; preferred in Supply Chain, Industrial Distribution. 
  • 2-5 years of outside sales with an emphasis on new customer acquisition. 
  • Professional image with excellent oral and written communication. 
  • A high degree of active listening and critical thinking to identify challenges, and generate solutions.
