We're seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Working Account Manager at our Bolingbrook, IL Food Service Distribution facility. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee our lumping crew of 6 to 9 unloaders, ensuring smooth daily operations while fostering a culture of excellence.

Schedule:
Monday - Saturday (4:30am - Until Finished)
Salary:
- $800.00 - $1,000.00 per week depending on load volume+ Up to $200 Stipend BOE

Responsibilities:
- Maintain Cleanliness: Uphold sanitation standards, ensuring that work areas are consistently tidy.
- Efficient Coordination: Coordinate daily load schedules, prioritize tasks, and address immediate needs.
- Customer Communication: Engage with customers to understand their requirements and facilitate efficient loading processes.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to optimize load completion times.
- Financial Oversight: Ensure accurate payment processing and meticulous record-keeping.
- End-of-Day Duties: Supervise clean-up activities and prepare for the next day's operations.
- Safety Assurance: Enforce safety protocols, including securing trailers and dock doors after each load.
- Efficient Coordination: Coordinate daily load schedules, prioritize tasks, and address immediate needs.
- Customer Communication: Engage with customers to understand their requirements and facilitate efficient loading processes.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to optimize load completion times.

Requirements:
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift moderate-weight items, up to 70 pounds, consistently.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts and zones as directed by supervisors.
- Adaptability: Readiness to cover different shifts as needed, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
- Safety Focus: Commitment to following instructions and prioritizing safety in all tasks.
- Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer software for daily reporting.
- Equipment Operation: You must be proficient with operating the platform rider electric pallet jack and Standup reach forklift. You will also be responsible for evaluating and certifying all new equipment operators, when given the OSHA 29CFR 1910.178 OSHA PIT Class.
