- Recruiters for Staffing Services
- HR Generalist experienced with sourcing candidates for industrial/distribution centers
- Management or Supervisor experience at a distribution center.
You would now how to source talent, from A-Z
We deal 85% with Distribution Centers and mainly hire Order Selectors, Forklift Operators and Manufacturing/Production Associates.
Summary of Position:
This position is responsible for all aspects of the Talent Acquisition. Provides end-to-end solutions for assigned clients in order to satisfy short-term and long-term staffing needs and recruits skilled professionals according to position specifications.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Call all pre-qualified candidates to do a pre-screen interview over the phone ( using a skill assessment sheet and "Phone screen interview template")and schedule an in-person interview.
• Create and maintain a list of available candidates on a Prospect List
• Screen all walk-ins with a skill assessment sheet and add them to the list, or app them if needed.
• Think of new ways to recruit, attract and retain candidates.
• Help coordinate and be available for Job Fairs when needed..
