6:00am-2:45pm

Payrate: $20/hour + Health Benefits Available

Required Experience: Maintenance Technician Experience

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • One year of prior Maintenance Technician experience required
  •  Basic mechanical knowledge – Understanding and repairing warehouse equipment like conveyor belts, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
  •  Electrical troubleshooting – Handling minor electrical repairs, replacing wiring, and ensuring lighting works.
  •  HVAC maintenance – Checking and maintaining heating, ventilation, and cooling systems if applicable.
  •  Plumbing knowledge – Fixing minor leaks, drains, or pipe-related issues.
  • Welding and fabrication (optional) – Useful for repairing metal structures, shelving, and equipment.
Physical & Safety Skills

• Heavy lifting & stamina – Ability to lift heavy items and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Forklift operation – Some maintenance workers may need to move equipment using forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Adherence to safety protocols – Knowledge of OSHA regulations, PPE usage, and safe handling of hazardous materials.
• Fire prevention & emergency response – Understanding fire suppression systems and emergency exits.

Problem-Solving & Organization

• Preventive maintenance planning – Keeping track of scheduled maintenance for equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Troubleshooting skills – Quickly identifying and fixing issues before they escalate.
• Time management – Balancing urgent repairs with routine maintenance tasks.
• Basic inventory management – Keeping track of tools, spare parts, and repair materials.
• Communication – Reporting issues clearly to supervisors or outside contractors.
• Teamwork – Coordinating with warehouse staff and other maintenance personnel.
• Adaptability – Adjusting to changing tasks and urgent repair needs.
