Are you a natural hunter who thrives on building relationships, opening new accounts, and helping companies solve real workforce challenges? Belmar is growing fast in the DFW area, and we’re looking for a high-impact Sales Executive to join our team.
If you know the light-industrial staffing world — or have the grit, drive, and resilience to break into it — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Develop new business with companies needing light-industrial, warehouse, production, and general labor staffing
- Build and manage a robust pipeline; conduct daily outreach (calls, visits, social, networking)
- Meet with hiring managers, plant managers, HR, and operations leaders to understand labor needs
- Create tailored staffing solutions that reduce turnover, improve productivity, and support customer growth
- Partner internally with recruiting and operations to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Represent Belmar professionally in the DFW community
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in staffing industry sales (light industrial strongly preferred) — OR a strong outside B2B sales background
- A true hunter: competitive, persistent, self-driven
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, follow a structured sales process, and close business
- Local DFW knowledge and willingness to travel to client sites regularly
