Staffing Account Manager & Sourcing Specialist (Flower Mound, TX)

Pay: $18.00 per hour + Weekly Bonus on Every Hire

We are seeking a Staffing Account Manager & Sourcing Specialist to join our growing team in Flower Mound, Texas. We are a national staffing firm with operations in Texas, Nevada, Illinois, Colorado, and Arizona, and our corporate office is located in Dallas, TX.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in staffing, recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, warehouse operations, distribution centers, manufacturing, or light industrial hiring. The right candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and helping place qualified candidates in open positions.

We support a high volume of distribution center, warehouse, manufacturing, and production hiring, with many roles focused on:

• Order Selectors

• Forklift Operators

• Manufacturing Associates

• Production Associates

• Warehouse Workers

• General Labor and Light Industrial Positions

• Source candidates through online recruiting platforms and other channels

• Conduct phone screens and pre-screen interviews

• Schedule qualified applicants for in-person interviews

• Screen walk-in applicants and assist with applications as needed

• Maintain an active prospect list of available candidates

• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified talent

• Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract and retain candidates

• Assist with job fairs and hiring events

• Support client staffing needs with timely and qualified placements

• Bilingual preferred (English & Spanish)

• Experience in staffing agency recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources

• Experience sourcing candidates for warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or light industrial roles is strongly preferred

• Strong communication and phone skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Organized and able to manage multiple openings and candidate pipelines

• Experience with online sourcing and recruiting tools preferred

• $18.00/HOUR
