What You’ll Do
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Fill high-volume roles (warehouse, forklift, production, general labor)
- Schedule interviews and assist walk-in applicants
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Support hiring events and job fairs
- Partner with clients to meet staffing needs quickly
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- ✅ Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- ✅ Staffing, recruiting, or HR experience
- ✅ Experience hiring for warehouse/light industrial roles is a PLUS
- ✅ Strong communication & multitasking skills
- ✅ Thrives in a fast-paced environment
