Starting Pay: $17/hour + Overtime Opportunities
Schedule
Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Occasional Saturdays + Overtime Available
Position Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Shift Lead to support daily warehouse operations, lead team members, and ensure productivity and safety standards are met. This is a hands-on leadership role—ideal for someone who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support warehouse team during daily operations
- Operate cherry picker and assist with order picking
- Load, unload, and move heavy materials
- Ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are met
- Train and assist team members as needed
- Communicate effectively with staff and management
🎯 Requirements
- ✅ Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
- ✅ Cherry picker experience PLUS
- ✅ Experience with shipping & receiving
- ✅ Basic computer skills (inventory systems, data entry, etc.)
- ✅ Ability to lift heavy materials consistently
- ✅ Previous warehouse or leadership experience preferred
- ✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
