Location: Irving, TX

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Overtime Pay: $30.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Occasional weekends required

Belmar Integrated Logistics is hiring a CNC Machine Operator in Irving, TX for a full-time daytime schedule.

This is not a master-level CNC position. Our operation performs basic cutting operations, and we are looking for someone with mechanical aptitude, basic CNC knowledge, and an interest in learning and growing within the industry.

If you are comfortable working around manufacturing equipment, reading blueprints, using precision measuring tools, and learning new processes, we encourage you to apply.

• Set up CNC machines, cutting tools, and raw materials
• Operate and monitor CNC manufacturing equipment
• Run test cycles and monitor machine performance
• Adjust material feeds and operating speeds as needed
• Read blueprints, technical drawings, dimensions, and specifications
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
• Monitor equipment for unusual sounds, vibrations, worn tools, or operating issues
• Remove chips and debris from equipment
• Refill coolant and perform basic machine cleaning
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow production, quality, and safety procedures

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
• Basic math, algebra, and geometry skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Familiarity with CNC or computer-controlled manufacturing equipment
• Basic understanding of machine controls and programming
• Ability to use or learn calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
• Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and manufacturing techniques

Advanced or master-level CNC experience is not required.
