   QUALIFICATIONS
• Fluent in English & Spanish — REQUIRED
• Previous recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience
• High-volume staffing or employment agency experience preferred
• Experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, production, or industrial environments
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to manage multiple hiring assignments and priorities
• Comfortable using recruiting websites, applicant databases, and hiring technology
• Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
• Ability to build positive relationships with applicants, employees, and customers
• Dependable, professional, self-motivated, and results-oriented
