Coordinate applications, onboarding & new hires
Support job fairs & hiring events
Partner with clients to fill staffing needs
Meet recruiting & hiring goals

Bilingual English/Spanish — REQUIRED
Recruiting or staffing agency experience
High-volume light-industrial recruiting
Strong communication & follow-up skills
Organized and able to multitask
Experience with job boards/ATS
