Primary functions include being the brand champion, overseeing daily brand logistics and leading the integrated team to ensure high quality standards that meet or exceed client expectations. 
 
  • Maintains an excellent knowledge of client business objectives and tactical plans
  • Demonstrates expert knowledge of therapeutic/clinical information of the brand as well as legal compliance concerns
  • Assists senior account management in the development of tactical innovations that support client business plans and budgets
  • Participates in the analysis/development of market and competitive research findings, providing actionable recommendations to senior account and client management
  • Clearly understands client’s competitive environment and challenges
  • Advocates and supports Beacon’s creative concepts to the client
  • Ensures that creative concepts support strategy
  • Manages quality control of client materials and identifies quality assurance protocols as needed
  • Develops strategic and tactical plans. Ensures account team is successfully executing.
  • Leads job opening meetings and development of project briefs
  • Communicates the client’s needs and provides appropriate direction to internal team
  • Ensures status reporting process is active, consistent, and running efficiently
  • Works with internal teams to ensure client initiatives are  implemented with strategic insight, high level of service, delivered on time and within budget allocations
  • Stays informed on status of projects prioritizing for the team when needed
  • Manages appropriate client expectations of agency deliverables
  • Serves as an interface between client and agency operations to foster and strengthen client relationship
  • Ensures client deliverables are on target and meet deadlines
  • Maintains an open and regular dialog with client peers to review projects, expenses and exchange ideas
  • Assists senior account management in identifying and resolving client issues
  • Works with finance to review pre-billing, reconciliation, and final monthly client billing
  • Assists in management of account profitability, monitoring hours/OOPs against ongoing projects
  • Understands client forecast/budget issues
  • Ability to work with clients on monthly expense forecasts
  • Identifies any potential organic business opportunities as they arise through research of professional journal, trade, and marketing publications
  • Networks with client team to identify incremental business opportunities
  • Participates in business development opportunities when appropriate
