Mark Cuban Backed Company Seeking E-Commerce Operations Specialist (full-time)

A fun and exciting San Francisco based company making innovative healthy home & bathroom products seeks E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our growing team.

Privately held and backed by internet pioneers Mark Cuban and Dave Samuel, Brondell is a well-established contract manufacturing company that is growing fast. Our products are carried by many leading retailers, including Amazon, Costco, Home Depot, and Lowes and our products have won numerous awards over the years. We are an industry leader in our current category niche (electronic bidet toilet seats and bidet attachments) and are continuing with our expansion into new healthy home product categories such as water filtration and air purification for the home. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage fulfillment strategy and day-to-day shipping operations for assigned E-Commerce channels (Brondell/Aurabeat, Amazon (Vendor/FBA), online retailers) and stay up to date with the policies, guidelines, and changes of each marketplace.
  • Oversee order entry and fulfillment: process and send orders to our warehouses, follow up with tracking information, monitor shipments and coordinate logistics; cross-train with other members of order processing team; work with customer support to handle issues with customer packages/orders; work with accounting team to address any payment discrepancies.
  • Master software and systems involved in E-Commerce order flow and drive integrations to automate manual processes (Including 3rd party applications like ASM, Clearsale, etc.).
  • Oversee and troubleshoot systems integrations to resolve errors and ensure accuracy of data across platforms, including 3rd party applications (ASM, Clearsale, etc.).
  • Collaborate with website and sales teams to optimize functionality of website checkout (shipping options/policies, subscription models, new item listings, etc.).
  • Document and update current process flows and drive business process improvements that increase efficiency and improve availability and accuracy of data.
  • Identify KPIs and develop reports and/or dashboards to monitor and evaluate E-Commerce operations to ensure data driven decision making.
  • Work with Director and VP of Operations to develop strategy and long-term planning for Brondell’s fulfillment and e-Commerce operations.
  • Management of chargeback disputes for fraudulent transactions on direct websites
  • Adhere to Brondell’s Safety Protocols.
  • All other duties assigned by the manager.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing e-commerce fulfillment strategy and shipping operations.
  • Experience with NetSuite preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing various online marketplaces (BigCommerce, Shopify, eBay, Wayfair, Amazon among others).
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, marketplace dynamics, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to succeed, tempered by maturity and a good sense of humor.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
This is a hybrid/remote position with occasional office visits. Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm PST but are occasionally flexible if/when you have the need. Likewise, when things are super busy, pitching in extra with everyone else is expected.
 
Compensation band for this position ranges from $60,000.00 to $80,000,00 per year; final salary offer will be based on candidate’s skills and experience.
