We are an industry leader in our current category niche (electronic bidet toilet seats and bidet attachments) and are continuing with our expansion into new healthy home product categories such as water filtration and air purification for the home. THE RIGHT CANDIDATE:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management of the day-to-day operations of the Brondell Shipping department to include ownership of all dept processes, department cost tracking, staff onboarding and training, and setting proper expectations that support company objectives.
 
  • Quarterly reviews of Shipping operations to determine overall levels of accountability, efficiency, safety, employee morale, and production, and present findings and suggested changes to management. Create departmental Reports as required.
  • Hands on Working lead & while overseeing all shipping and receiving operations, comparing shipment contents with manifests, and ensuring adherence to all safety protocols.
    • Use software to track, check, prioritize and route orders.
    • Manage all important documents such as advanced shipping notice, pick slips, bills of landing, etc.
    • Resolve issues regarding shipped orders.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to optimize the flow of orders from preparation to shipment.
  • Perform all aspects of inventory control and management of all shipping supplies.
  • Responsible for the creation, ownership, review, and updating of all department SOP’s, with focus on accountability and creating efficiencies.
  • In coordination with Human Resources, manage all HR-related tasks and objectives for direct reporting staff.
  • At all times, ensure the Shipping area is clean and organized.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Adhere to Brondell’s Safety Protocols.
  • All other duties assigned by the manager.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
 
  • 2+ years of experience in lead shipping role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft products (Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, SharePoint).
  • Experience working with and creating and editing CSV reports.
  • Experience with NetSuite Preferred (or other ERP systems) and software integrations.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Desire to succeed, tempered by maturity and a good sense of humor.
             
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:

This is an onsite position in San Francisco. Working hours are from 8:30am to 5:00pm PST but are occasionally flexible if/when you have the need. Likewise, when things are super busy, pitching in extra with everyone else is expected.

Compensation range for this position is $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year and is based on skills/experience, and the right candidate will be offered a full suite of company benefits, such as: variety of health benefits, short- and long-term disability coverage, life and AD&D, wellness allowance, retirement plan matching, 4 weeks of paid vacation time, 2 weeks of paid sick time off, and 10 paid holidays.
