Position Summary:
Brock Canada is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our team.
Essential Functions
• Promote, demonstrate, and instill Brock’s Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business.
• Contribute to the execution of the marketing strategy for the company and business units.
• Assist in planning, designing, and creating sales and marketing materials and internal communications
• Create, execute, and manage graphic design needs such as print or web materials.
• Work with the senior management team to facilitate project vision, design, and production.
• Provide content and design support for the website or social media pages.
• Lead creative vision through brand direction and marketing campaigns.
• Create branding materials and work with vendors as needed.
• Manage photography & videography needs for the company.
• Manage third-party creative contractors when needed.
• Working closely with the Vice President, Sales & Marketing in developing creative strategies to support the brands and sales strategy.
Skills & Abilities:
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and display advertising.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics.)
• Proficient using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Intermediate graphic design skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.)
• Photography and Videography considered an asset.
• Experience in website management considered an asset.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong time management skills, ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects at once
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in marketing, communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or related field, experience in B2B considered an asset
