To serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by developing and implementing the Talent & Culture strategy of the hotel and supporting the General Manager in all people-related responsibilities and issues.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in HR, Business, Hospitality or other related fields.
- Five years of relevant Talent & Culture management or recruitment experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience in recruiting, training and counseling in an employment environment
- Ability to communicate workplace standards in Spanish.
- Experience in training OSHA employment standards.
- Experience in guest service training
- SHRM or HRCI Certification

$65,000 with an additional yearly bonus
