SUMMARY

The Lifestyle Assistant is committed to delivering five-star service to discerned residents aspiring to exclusive experiences and flawless execution. The Lifestyle Assistant is responsible for greeting residents and fulfilling their requests, answering telephone inquiries, making reservations, and other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Communicate effectively in English with co-workers and management to their understanding

  2. Directly participates in operating a traditional 24-hour, seven days a week, luxury hotel-style residential operation.

  3. The front desk will be staffed to provide services 24 hours a day 7 days a week, therefore all applicants must be flexible and willing to work AM, Mid, and PM shifts.

  4. Answers external and internal telephone calls taking and delivering messages as needed..

  5. Works in conjunction with all Lifestyle Team partners, including valet, housekeeping, security and pool, and beach attendants.

  6. Empowered to make decisions that directly affect the resident’s experience in a memorable and soulful fashion.

  7. After training, must display a working knowledge of emergency procedures so that talent and resident safety will be insured.

  8. Utilizes the radio/paging internal communication system used throughout the facility.

  9. Assists in coordinating registration functions for all residents.

  10. Maintain confidentiality of internal and external resident information and pertinent residences data.

  11. Be familiar with all S.O.P.s relating to the residential reception and concierge operations

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  1. A minimum of 2 years of hotel operations experience in a luxury setting

  2. Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

  3. Must have a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

  4. Front desk and/or concierge experience in a luxury property preferred.

Desirable

  1. Ideally have a thorough knowledge of BuildingLink, Google G Suite and other related operational software.

  1. Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with a minimum of supervision

  2. Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly while providing service to many residents/visitors at any given time

  3. Ability to accurately compute and manipulate mathematical calculation

  4. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists

  5. Work well under pressure and able to handle multiple tasks at once

  6. Work well with co-workers and the public.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Required

  1. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, sometimes experiencing extreme fluctuations in temperature

  2. Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas, such as reaching, bending and stooping.

  3. Ability to stand and/or walk continuously throughout the shift to perform essential job functions

  4. Ability to endure repetitive motions for extended periods of time
