Role Summary
This position involves meeting and greeting residents and guests upon arrival and departure, providing assistance to the front desk Lifestyle team members. This role will control the flow of all persons entering the property and provide outstanding service by anticipating needs and requests.

Core Responsibilities
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done  Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team-mates.   The key responsibilities for this position are:
  • Greet all residents and guests in the lobby in a warm and professional manner, make them feel welcomed and anticipate their needs before they arise.

  • Control the flow of visitors in the lobby.

  • Assist with gathering and delivering resident needs and requests.

  • Check in visitors and guests if necessary.

  • Assist and/or escort residents and visitors.

  • Provide outstanding service by anticipating needs and requests.

  • Direct residents or visitors to the appropriate department/or person(s).

  • Report any issue or malfunctions. 

  • Maintain working knowledge of facility floor plan, including special events, and community activities, etc.

  • Assist residents with their luggage or groceries from valet to their unit.

  • Acknowledge residents by name.

  • Make deliveries to the residents unit  as instructed.

  • Store and retrieve packages and other objects for residents, as needed.

  • Responsible for assisting residents with various requests like food pick up or delivery, drug delivery, etc. 


Required Qualifications
  • High School Graduate (required)

  • College Education (preferred)

  • Luxury Hotel or residential customer service preferred.
