Salary: $550,000 to $750,000
Signing Bonus: $20K signing bonus; CME $5K per year; Incentive Comp $15K

Required qualifications:

Licensed as an Orthopaedic Surgeon in the State of NY
5 to 10 years of experience as an Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon
