Summary:
The PACU/ASU Registered Nurse promotes and restores patients’ health by completing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for pre- and post-operative patients recovering from general, local, and regional anesthesia based upon age-specific and cultural needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate degree from an accredited professional nursing school
Arizona RN License and/or Compact State RN
PALS Certification upon hire
ACLS Certification upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:

3 years experience in PACU/ACU
ASPAN Certification
NIH Stroke Certification
Bachelor's degree
