Responsibilities:
- Masterfully orchestrate daily procedures, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Cultivate a well-staffed, engaged team across all departments under your purview.
- Champion productivity while ensuring quality care and patient satisfaction.
- Address concerns proactively and comprehensively, from QA to patient feedback.
- Play a key role in our talented staff's selection, development, and support.
- Uphold hospital policies while fostering a culture of innovation and adaptation.
- Spearhead cost-effective practices without compromising patient care.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and procedural supplies.
- Ensure compliance with regulations from Title 22 to the Nurse Practice Act.
Required qualifications:
- BSN or higher
- Arizona RN License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 3 years of RN experience in Labor and Delivery
- 2 years of progressive management experience as a manager or full-time charge nurse/related position in a hospital environment
