Salary: $60,200-$76,900 (plus $1 differential pay)
Bonus: up to $5,000 Sign On Bonus

Job Summary:
This role requires expertise in plastics injection molding, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and mold installation. The position involves alternating alternating rotating shifts: one week 7am-3pm, the next week 3pm-11pm, and 3rd shift 11pm-7am.

Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe, injury-free environment.
- Adhere to Division safety rules and procedures.
- Conduct safety audits of equipment.
- Inspect, install, and set up new molds.
- Troubleshoot tooling, processes, and machines.
- Assist Engineering with process development.
- Improve efficiencies with Shift Process Technicians.
- Interpret data related to the molding process.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication.
- Perform overtime as needed.
- Education: A two-year technical degree is preferred but not required.
- Experience: At least five years of hands-on practical experience in plastics injection molding, including new mold inspection, installation, and setup.
- Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Skills:
- Must pass Work Keys Mathematics and Technical aptitude tests.
- Proficiency in the IQMS system and basic PC literacy.
