Title: Director of Nursing

Position Overview

This role is vital in managing our behavioral health services, including crisis stabilization, inpatient care, and outpatient treatment. If you are passionate about improving mental health outcomes and have a strong background in psychiatric nursing, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Oversee the nursing management team and ensure alignment with the organization's philosophy of care.
  • Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between physicians, patients, referral sources, and staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present monthly reports on nursing operations and patient care outcomes.
  • Team Support: Work closely with a highly engaged nursing staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Licensure: Current unencumbered license to practice nursing in the state.
  • Experience: Prior experience in Behavioral Health or Psychiatric Health settings.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Leadership Experience: Prior leadership experience in an inpatient behavioral health or psychiatric health setting.
