About the Role:
As a Radiation Therapist, you will be responsible for administering ionizing radiation treatments, ensuring precision and adherence to protocols. You'll work closely with oncologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care that addresses the unique needs of each individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer ionizing radiation in alignment with prescribed treatment plans.
- Apply knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, oncology, and radiobiology.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and current regulations.
- Collaborate with a team to use advanced technologies such as VMAT, SRS, SBRT, HDR brachytherapy, and radiopharmaceuticals.
- Completion of a Radiation Therapy training program with R.T. (T) certification.
- Strong understanding of radiation safety, delivery systems, and treatment protocols.
- Familiarity with techniques like Breath Hold, SRS, SBRT, and HDR therapy.
- Experience with Mosaiq and bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish.

- Annual Salary Range: $86,444 to $129,667
