- Oversee clinical operations, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
- Manage service line finances, focusing on budget optimization and financial health.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and process improvement projects.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to foster a cohesive team environment.
- Uphold the organization's leadership principles, focusing on integrity, customer service, and strategic orientation.
Required:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Current RN license in the State of Montana.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in project management, team building, and collaboration with physicians.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Business, Leadership/Management, or a related field.
- Continuing education in leadership or management through professional courses or conferences.
