Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate NC Mills, create fixtures for parts, and ensure high-quality outputs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, measure accurately, and apply geometry skills for precision work.
- Maintain a safe workspace and adhere to all operational safety standards.
- Collaborate across shifts, communicate effectively about ongoing projects, and document relevant information.
- Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to rotating shift schedules as needed.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with manual lathes, mills, and grinders.
- Proven experience operating and programming an NC Mill, including G-code or conversational programming.
- Proficiency in programming software (Esprit, Mastercam, or similar).
- Good working knowledge of all types of CNC equipment
- Ability to interpret standard and metric blueprints and apply GD&T principles.
- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., OD/ID mics, calipers, depth mics).
- Must be willing to work overtime including weekends and holiday when needed.
Preferred Education:
- Technical degree in Machine Shop or related field is a plus.
