We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join an inpatient rehabilitation team in Hays, KS. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate patient updates effectively.
- Educate patients, families, and staff on follow-through care programs.
- Maintain clean, safe workspaces and ensure equipment is in good condition.
- Document care activities in compliance with regulations and standards.
- Adhere to professional and company standards, including the Code of Business Conduct.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in Kansas.
- Valid CPR certification.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
