Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the assigned unit, ensuring compliance with clinical standards.
- Develop staff schedules, evaluate performance, and provide mentorship to team members.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and department efficiency.
- Maintain readiness for state and federal healthcare audits and inspections.
- Oversee training initiatives and foster a culture of continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN required.
- Experience: At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience and 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN license in Nevada, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Basic Life Support (BCLS) certifications.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex workflows, and provide patient care tailored to diverse age groups.
