Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies.
- Modify existing treatment programs to address client needs.
- Supervise and mentor clinicians and therapists on best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with families, treatment teams, and other support professionals to ensure consistent progress.
- Maintain required billable hours while also performing supervisory duties.
- Communicate with funding agencies and provide necessary reports and documentation.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or a Master’s degree with completed ABA coursework.
- Strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and Discrete Trial Training (DTT).
- Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP)
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable, insured transportation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
- Ability to engage in higher-level management functions as needed.
- Fluency in English (Bilingual/Multilingual candidates may qualify for additional pay).
