Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients. In this role, you will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, work closely with healthcare professionals, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and implement treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy.
  • Document treatment progress and ensure compliance with Medicare and other regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Provide education to patients and families about therapy plans and rehabilitation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
  • Stay updated on best practices and industry trends through continuing education.

Required Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice or eligible for licensure.
  • CPR certification (must meet state licensure requirements).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and assist patients safely using proper techniques.
