Candidate Qualifications:
- JD (or international equivalent) required
- Active or pending admission to the North Carolina Bar preferred
- 1–5 years of legal experience, preferably with exposure to financial regulation, compliance, or similar fields
- Prior work with financial institutions, regulatory bodies, or compliance-focused firms is a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong academic credentials from a top law school (Top 30 preferred, GPA 3.0+)
- AM Law 200 experience preferred
