Core Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients using therapeutic exercises and modalities
- Develop personalized care plans based on thorough evaluations
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff
- Educate patients and families on home care programs
- Document patient progress and outcomes
- Supervise support staff including therapy assistants and techs as needed
Requirements:
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program (Master’s or Doctorate)
- Valid state PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong communication, documentation, and team skills
- Willingness to work some weekends
- New graduates encouraged to apply
