Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients using a range of orthopedic techniques
- Design individualized treatment plans and adjust based on patient progress
- Educate patients and families on home care and injury prevention
- Utilize manual therapy, modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation), and therapeutic exercise
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Provide guidance to therapy assistants and students when applicable
Required Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapy license in Texas or eligibility to obtain
- Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Willingness to work occasional weekends if needed
