About the Role:
As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient orthopedic setting, you'll assess, plan, and implement therapy treatments for patients recovering from orthopedic injuries or surgery. You'll handle a variety of cases, including both surgical and non-surgical upper/lower extremity and spine cases. You’ll work closely with referring providers, participate in clinical team discussions, and help guide patients through recovery.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients
  • Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities
  • Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans
  • Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home practices
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Supervise support staff including PT Assistants and Techs when required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (CAPTE)
  • Active Physical Therapy license in Texas or ability to obtain
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered care
  • New graduates welcome with mentorship provided
