About the Role:
As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient orthopedic setting, you'll assess, plan, and implement therapy treatments for patients recovering from orthopedic injuries or surgery. You'll handle a variety of cases, including both surgical and non-surgical upper/lower extremity and spine cases. You’ll work closely with referring providers, participate in clinical team discussions, and help guide patients through recovery.
Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients
- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities
- Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home practices
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Supervise support staff including PT Assistants and Techs when required
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (CAPTE)
- Active Physical Therapy license in Texas or ability to obtain
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- New graduates welcome with mentorship provided
