Join a forward-thinking rehab provider as a Center Manager. We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) who can balance patient care with operational leadership. Leadership & Clinical Excellence:
- Maintain a full caseload while leading your clinic team
- Ensure high-quality care and positive patient outcomes
- Mentor and support therapists and rehab aides
- Oversee clinic scheduling, budgeting, hiring, and training
- Interpret and act on clinic performance and financial data
- Coordinate with regional leadership on operational goals
- Build and sustain relationships with referring physicians and community partners
- Participate in sales and marketing initiatives to grow referrals
- Represent the center in community engagement opportunities
- Ensure regulatory compliance with Medicare and state practice acts
- Execute quality audits and staff meetings with a focus on improvement
- Uphold OSHA standards and safety practices
- Graduate of an accredited PT or OT program
- Licensed in California (or eligible)
- CPR certification required
- 2+ years of clinical experience; prior leadership preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in basic computer software (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Lift up to 50 lbs independently and assist with patient mobility
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching
- Manual dexterity for equipment handling and clinical documentation
