As Pharmacy Director, you will collaborate closely with executive leadership to ensure the highest quality of pharmaceutical care while maintaining financial and operational standards.

As Pharmacy Director, you will collaborate closely with executive leadership to ensure the highest quality of pharmaceutical care while maintaining financial and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of pharmacy professionals.
- Develop, enforce, and regularly update policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation standards.
- Manage budgets and productivity benchmarks for the pharmacy department.
- Support clinical initiatives and contribute to program development.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required, advanced degree (MS, PharmD, MBA) is strongly preferred
- Must hold or be eligible for a New Mexico Pharmacist license.
- A minimum of five years in healthcare, including at least two years in a leadership role.
- Prior experience in a for-profit healthcare setting is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability in program development, clinical oversight, and budget management.
