Consilium is looking for an Account Management Consultant with an unbridled passion for learning and the tenacity to coordinate placing healthcare professionals in short-staffed facilities, particularly in rural and other underserved communities. Your Day-to-Day
As an Account Management Consultant, your responsibilities may vary greatly from one day to the next due to the fast-paced nature of the healthcare staffing business.  It is important for you to be able to think on your feet, shift gears quickly when needed, and respond to time-sensitive requests in an efficient manner. On an average day, your agenda may include the following tasks:
  • Consult with healthcare facilities on staffing needs, coordinate the search for matching providers
  • Partner with Client Sales and Recruiting to source and recruit physicians for open positions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and physicians currently on assignment
  • Negotiate billing/payment rates; coordinate travel, risk management, and quality assurance
