The law clerk position is part time. Law clerks’ schedules are flexible and can be set to accommodate candidates’ school schedules. This position has the potential to become a full time Law Clerk after taking the bar exam, which would then transition into an associate position upon successfully passing the bar exam.

Responsibilities:
• Perform legal research utilizing electronic sources
• Assist attorneys in drafting of briefs and motions
• Prepare research memoranda, draft pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Help attorneys prepare for depositions and trials
• Analyze deposition transcripts and prepare summaries

Requirements:
• Candidates must be 2024 J.D. graduates
