Role and Responsibilities
Our Administrative/CSR is the first impression to our customers (internal and external).  This position requires a self-starter that can be resourceful to answer customer questions.  Here are some of the core duties for this position:
  • Answering phones (professional and courteous phone etiquette)
  • Ask questions to determine customer needs
  • Ensure customer is not already in system before adding a new contact
  • Effectively communicate customer needs to technicians

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Prefer someone that has service industry experience.  Some college preferred.
Preferred Skills
Computer savvy and able to learn new software.  Ability to multitask.  Professional demeanor and disposition.
Additional Notes
Employees will be provided shirts with company logo.  Will need to wear black or khaki pants (jeans not allowed).
