Primary duties include:
- Securing all purchased raw materials and products required throughout the grill and industrial process division.
- Research comparable product options to acquire and evaluate quotes in order to identify the supplier offering the best price and delivery date.
- Negotiate vendor contracts for best price and delivery.
- Prepare and review purchase orders.
- Track the status of purchase orders to ensure prompt delivery.
- Receive raw materials and products into the system upon delivery.
- Ensure that the purchase order and the packing slip correspond to what was received.
- Coordinate with other employees to ensure inventory levels are maintained.
- Manage and track returns and shipping damage claims in a timely manner.
- Support annual inventory count.
- Cross train with A/P functions for backup support.
- Receive and sort mail.
Salary:
- $42,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
