IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR EXTRUSION OPERATORS
CIS is recruiting Extrusion Operators for a client in Columbia. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The shift is 7pm-7am however the chosen candidate will train on 1st shift 7am-7pm. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in extrusion.
Pay will be based on experience. Excellent benefits including medical, vision, dental, holiday pay and vacation days. The client also has a matching 401K plan.

Following are the requirements for the Extrusion Operator:
Main responsibilities:
- Able to set up an extrusion machine to include resins, drying equipment, ovens, winders, roll stands, and related ancillary equipment based on written instructions.
- Able to doff spools based on proper timing or length requirements.
- Able to complete quality testing and accurately record all related data to identified specifications.
- Able to troubleshoot basic malfunctions or filament failures in the process.
- Assist with labeling, packaging, weighing, and material movement to proper storage locations.
- Accountable for line and plant housekeeping and organization.
- Accountable to work in a safe manner following safety requirements and wearing require safety equipment.
Position Qualifications:
- Shift work (12-hour) and occasional overtime required. Nights.
- Can work within a team environment or independently with a positive attitude
- Must be dependable, accountable, and have a high work ethic
- Good communication skills
- Must show attention to detail and safety commitment
- Must be able to read information and numbers and write legibly
- Must demonstrate willingness to assist other operators when necessary
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Should have high school diploma or equivalent.
