The Role You’ll Play:
 

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll be a cornerstone in our manufacturing process. From interpreting prints and models to crafting intricate components, your work will solve real-world problems in tooling, machining, and grinding. You’ll work in a supportive environment where you can focus on your craft, and you can be an owner.

Your Daily Craft:
 

    •    Quoting and setting up new jobs and products as we grow.
   •     Program and operate CNC mills and lathes, turning raw materials into works of precision.
    •    Offer wisdom to enhance efficiency, workflow, and the quality of end products.
    •    Inspect your own work before it reaches the Quality department—because your name is your brand.

Your Skills:
 

    •    A minimum of 5 years’ experience in CNC programming; milling, turning, and ideally grinding      experience.
    •    Mastery over standard measuring equipment and techniques.
    •    Excellent math skills.
    •    Your work speaks for itself, but you also possess good written and verbal communication skills.
