The Coordinator, Product Marketing, supports the execution of growth initiatives that drive acquisition, enrollment, and long-term engagement for our client driven loyalty programs. This role partners closely with Product Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams to launch campaigns, maintain and optimize enrollment experiences, support testing, and monitor performance with a strong focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities of Coordinator, Product Marketing:
- Support Product Marketing Managers in executing growth marketing initiatives for loyalty clients
- Assist with acquisition testing strategy, roadmaps, and campaign execution designed to improve conversion rates.
- Help maintain and optimize enrollment touchpoints by identifying issues, coordinating updates, and supporting ongoing experience improvements.
- Support A/B and multivariate testing efforts, including test setup, quality assurance, launch validation, performance tracking, and documentation of results and learnings.
- Validate campaign setups, targeting, tracking, and test experiences to help ensure accurate, seamless customer experiences.
- Assist with analyzing test results and translating findings into clear takeaways and next-step recommendations.
- Monitor key performance metrics, including registrations, conversion rates, traffic, and other relevant indicators; compile regular reporting and flag notable trends, anomalies, or opportunities.
- Maintain organized documentation for campaigns, tests, results, and team processes; identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while communicating progress, questions, and blockers proactively.
Skills of Coordinator, Product Marketing:
- One or more years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, campaign operations, or a related role; relevant internship experience may be included toward this requirement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
- Basic understanding of A/B and multivariate testing principles
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to interpret basic performance data, identify trends, and support data-informed decisions
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners

The base salary for this position is $50,500-$50,500. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure, and standing with the company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
