Program Details:

Internships are one year long with a start date in July 2019.

All interns from Australia, Portugal, Spain and United States will have the opportunity to visit Cintra’s global headquarters
 in Madrid, Spain.

What to expect?

Contribute to Cintra’s success by supporting multiple facets of the Human Resources department. An HR Intern will be exposed to different components of this dynamic field such as talent acquisition, on-boarding, benefits administration, training, development and global initiatives while striving for innovation and strategic results in each area. Within the department, you will work giving support in in all core areas of Human Resources.
  • Training: Learn about our internal offering for employee training and development by assisting in the planning of our various formation initiatives
  • Recruiting: Participate in the global process of acquiring the best talent for Cintra by contributing from the publishing of job openings to doing first level selection of profiles, scheduling interviews, directly speaking to candidates and conduct thorough reference checks
  • Reporting & Analytics: Create dashboard that will help the business analyze performance and guide business decisions
  • Compensation and Benefits:  Support in the management of our flexible benefits
  • Development: Balance and checks of our talent management tool during setting and reviews of objectives

Your profile:
  • Master’s degree preferred, Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems or related field
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and PowerPoint) required
  • Advanced Excel including complex formula and macro creation desired
  • Advanced analytical abilities and a problem solving skills
  • Superior writing and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
Our working environment:

Cintra wants to ensure that all of their interns are comfortable and able to work in the type of culture and environment we have built our business on. Our office is typically quiet with low noise levels; however, you will often hear employees laughing and talking amongst themselves. Effective communication will be key for this role and will require you to talk and hear others. You will be frequently required to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time. There could be a time when you may need to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, but not very often.
