You’ll report directly to our Human Resources Director (based in City of Industry, CA) and serve as the on-site HR leader, playing a key role in supporting employees and driving day-to-day HR operations.

What You’ll Do

As the on-site HR Generalist, you’ll be the go-to resource for employees and leadership, managing a wide range of HR responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Deliver a welcoming and effective new hire onboarding experience
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, helping resolve issues and support a positive workplace culture
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
  • Support benefits administration, enrollments, and employee questions
  • Assist with payroll coordination and timekeeping audits
  • Prepare HR reports and track key metrics
  • Support workers’ compensation and leave programs (FMLA, ADA, etc.)
  • Help drive employee engagement initiatives and training programs

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–3 years of HR or administrative experience
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (UKG) preferred  
  • HR certification preferred (or working toward one), such as SHRM-CP or PHR
