You’ll report directly to our Human Resources Director (based in City of Industry, CA) and serve as the on-site HR leader, playing a key role in supporting employees and driving day-to-day HR operations.

What You’ll Do

As the on-site HR Generalist, you’ll be the go-to resource for employees and leadership, managing a wide range of HR responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle recruiting: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Deliver a welcoming and effective new hire onboarding experience
Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, helping resolve issues and support a positive workplace culture
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
Support benefits administration, enrollments, and employee questions
Assist with payroll coordination and timekeeping audits
Prepare HR reports and track key metrics
Support workers’ compensation and leave programs (FMLA, ADA, etc.)
Help drive employee engagement initiatives and training programs

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–3 years of HR or administrative experience
Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with HRIS systems (UKG) preferred
HR certification preferred (or working toward one), such as SHRM-CP or PHR
