• Conduct NADCAP, weekly, and monthly audits across X‑Ray, Digital, Etch, and FPI to ensure adherence to the NDT quality system.
• Develop, review, and approve NDT procedures, techniques, and customer‑specific requirements—including acting as the authority on NDT method selection and interpretation.
• Obtain and maintain all required customer certifications; perform annual performance reviews for customer‑certified Level III’s and SCA’s.
• Create quality plans (FMEA), validate production processes, and support Engineering Change Requests.
• Communicate regularly with customers via email and phone; participate in daily stand‑ups, RCCA reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and compliant work area, follow all safety and environmental procedures, and support special projects as assigned.

What Success Looks Like?

• Consistent on‑time deliverables
• Strong adherence to the QMS
• Responsive, professional customer communication
